Returns & Cancellations Policy

We are committed to providing reliable medical equipment and professional service to customers worldwide. Please review our return and cancellation policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before the product has been shipped.

Once an order has been processed, manufactured, or shipped, cancellation may not be accepted.

For customized products, OEM/ODM orders, or special production requests, cancellation may not be available after production has started.

If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, a refund will be processed after deducting any applicable costs.

2. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving the product if:

The product has confirmed manufacturing defects.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product was damaged during transportation.

Returned products must be:

Unused
In original packaging
Complete with all accessories and documents

3. Medical Equipment Return Restrictions

Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements, used medical equipment may not be returned.

Products that have been:

Used with patients
Installed and operated
Modified without authorization
Damaged due to improper use

may not be eligible for return.

Customized products and OEM/ODM orders are generally non-returnable.

4. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer service team and provide:

Order number
Product details
Reason for return
Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

5. Return Shipping

For confirmed product quality issues or incorrect shipments, QIJIA Medical will provide appropriate support.

For returns caused by customer preference, incorrect ordering, or other non-quality reasons, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
